Our Founder, DeDe McGuire is a highly accomplished radio personality and industry trailblazer. She hosts the nationally syndicated radio show, ” DeDe In The Morning ” on KKDA/K104 Dallas.
DeDe has an extensive media presence and had made appearances on CNN, FOX, Oxygen and BET where she interviewed world leaders, like President Obama and celebrities like Beyonce. Apart from her media career DeDe is a philanthropist, community activist, mentor and a volunteer.
Our story
In September 2018, DeDe McGuire established her non-profit organization, The DeDe McGuire Foundation. Throughout her career, DeDe has consistently lent her support to non-profit initiatives aimed at inspiring and empowering women to achieve success.
The foundation offers scholarships to women whose higher education was disrupted due to family, personal or financial obligations.
Our Mission
Our Mission is to support low-income women and mothers pursuing vocational and academic degrees by providing them with a second chance for educational advancement to strengthen families and communities.
